Estonia is a nation that has been scarred by occupation and bitterness; it may be the least religious nation in the world, but it is also a place of incredible beauty, innovation, and home to the kindest people you will ever meet. Our church planting team, Reach Estonia, is focused on missional living, discipling others, and serving our new churches while positioning ourselves as learners in the community.

We believe we are on the verge of a great awakening in Estonia, and we are passionate about creating opportunities for Estonians to encounter the presence of God. While their experience as a nation has made them slow to trust, we are committed to living among them to show them the love and truth of God and bring the hope of Jesus to this beautiful nation.

Team: Coffee Lab

Join our Business as Missions church planting team in Tallinn, where the darkness is tangible and the need for the Gospel is great. As the least religious country in the world, many people have never met a follower of Jesus and are searching for meaning in their lives. Our team consists of people from diverse backgrounds who approach evangelism and discipleship through intentional missional lives, building friendships, and inviting people into a discipleship relationship with Jesus. Our platform is a coffee lab, where we cultivate community through specialty coffee, events, and coffee skills teaching.

You can work hands-on in the coffee business, with roles in marketing, sales, hospitality, service, coffee making, and teaching. Embrace the Estonian culture, serve the community, and be a lighthouse for the people of Tallinn and introduce them to the life of loving Jesus.
